Dear Customers,

As you are probably aware, Vail Products, Inc. has had their product line seized by the FDA because of various issues regarding the 1000, 500, and 2000 Models of Vail Bed. We anticipate a speedy resolution of this matter, but in the mean time, New Care is unable to make the product available because we simply can't get them. New Care is not affiliated with Vail Products other than being one of many authorized dealers and (due to our rental program) end-users of the Vail Bed as well. Given the nature of our relationship with Vail Products, we are not privy to any information regarding the FDA Situation more so than any other entity but we are following it closely. Be sure to check back here for updates as they are made available to us.
